SINGLE ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:  

  • Single Orders are typically processed and shipped within 6-12 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends, holidays, inclement weather, and postal delays), which means it takes 6-12 business days to prepare your order, before it ships. By the 12th business day your order will ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please do not contact us regarding shipment of your order until after the 12th business day. Note there may be delays due to Covid-19.

    TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

    • Orders are shipped via USPS first class or priority shipping, and are typically expected to arrive within 2-5 business days (U.S addresses only) after the order processing time, excluding holidays, inclement weather, and postal delays. We offer worldwide shipping.
    • Once your order has shipped, please contact USPS regarding any issues you may have, as your package is no longer in our possession.

      ADDRESS VERIFICATION

    • Please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly before finalizing your order, as Sweet Organics Galore will not be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect mailing address provided during the checkout process. If your address is wrong or your order is returned and needs to be reshipped, please be advise there will be a service fee to reship. Also, if you’d prefer to receive a refund for a returned package, you will be refunded excluding shipping cost.

    LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

    • If your package is lost or stolen, while in the possession of the post office, or after being delivered, you will need to contact the post office, and file a claim with them. Sweet Organics Galore, will not be responsible. Be sure to utilize your tracking number provided when your order was shipped. If you’re uncertain if you’ll be available on delivery day make arrangements with USPS before the delivery day, or with Sweet Organics Galore prior to shipping.  PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND DELIVERY DATE, WE WILL NOT RESHIP ITEMS DUE TO THEM BEING STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY.

    RETURNS  

    • Sweet Organics Galore sells feminine care & wellness products, therefore for sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns of any of our goods/products.

    CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

    • THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY, NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS. If you are unsatisfied with your order, or this is a mistake on our end, we will accompany you in the best way possible.
